The uncoiling head tightens the inner diameter of the coil (applicable range: 480-520mm) through a hydraulic expansion mechanism, achieving reliable fixing and smooth unwinding of the coil.

Equipped with photoelectric sensors to monitor the material strip looper (i.e., strip slackness) between the uncoiler and the roll forming machine in real time.

Automatically adjusts the uncoiling speed through looper feedback signals to avoid strip breakage or accumulation, ensuring continuous and stable operation of the production line.

The hydraulic valve block is installed on the rear side of the frame, featuring a compact structure for easy maintenance.

Hydraulic power is supplied uniformly by the main pressure station to ensure the stability of tightening force and motion accuracy.
