Core Structure and Functions

 

Mechanical Structure

Base: The basic supporting structure of the equipment to ensure stability.
Rotating Drum Device:
Width Adjustment Device: Can adjust the spacing of positioning channel steel to adapt to workpieces with different widths (e.g., 520mm, 480mm), offering high flexibility.
Material Pushing Device: Driven by a servo motor, it pushes workpieces using a constant torque mode to avoid overload damage to the equipment or workpieces.
Positioning Channel Steel: Equipped with upper and lower layer channels for conveying two pieces of workpieces to be laminated respectively. The channel spacing can be precisely controlled via the width adjustment device.

Workflow

1.Feeding Stage: The rolled workpieces are respectively fed into the upper and lower layer channels of the positioning channel steel by the conveying rack.
2.Laminating Stage:
The workpiece in the upper channel is pushed into the rotating drum by a cylinder. The drum drives the workpiece to flip 180° to align the positions of the two pieces.
The workpiece in the lower channel is simultaneously pushed into the drum by a cylinder to complete lamination (combination of two pieces) with the flipped upper workpiece.
3.Discharging Stage: The laminated workpiece is pushed out by the material pushing device at a speed of 23m/min and transported to the feeding conveying rack of the multi-point welding machine for the next process.

Driving and Control Features

Servo Motor-Driven Pushing: The constant torque mode ensures smooth material pushing, adapts to workpieces of different thicknesses or hardnesses, and improves reliability.

Frequency Conversion Motor-Controlled Flip: Precisely adjusts the flip speed and angle (fixed at 180°) of the rotating drum to ensure lamination position accuracy.
