Transformer Radiator Equipment

Composed of multiple sets of upper and lower forming pressure rollers, which coordinate with each other via concave-convex profiles. Different rolling forming pressure roller sets are selected according to the specifications of radiators being processed. There is no need to frequently replace the upper and lower forming pressure rollers-only the molds of the stamping press need to be changed, significantly improving production efficiency.

Transformer Radiator Production Line

Mainly used for correcting the flatness and trimming the edges of rolled or welded fins. It eliminates defects such as wave deformation and edge warping generated during the forming process, ensuring the dimensional accuracy and surface flatness of fins, and providing qualified workpieces for subsequent assembly (such as welding with transformer oil tanks). The equipment achieves integrated "flattening + trimming" operations through multi-roll leveling and edge pressing design, improving production efficiency.

Transformer Radiator Automatic Production Line

High-quality cold-rolled coil plates are used as production materials, with common materials including ST12, SPCC, DCO1, etc. The material thickness ranges from 1.0mm to 1.2mm. These materials have good mechanical and processing properties to meet the production processes and application requirements of radiators.
