Function: Driven by a variable-frequency speed-regulating motor, it achieves smooth conveying and precise positioning of radiator fins, supporting continuous feeding and intermittent operation modes.

Adjustable limit baffles to adapt to radiator fins of different widths;
Anti-slip and wear-resistant conveying rollers to avoid surface scratches on workpieces;
A linked control system that seamlessly integrates with welding equipment to ensure welding position accuracy.

Multi-Point Welding Machine
Function: Designed for reinforcing spot welding of radiator fins, it is equipped with multiple sets of welding torches for synchronous operation, enabling rapid welding of multiple spots in a single station.

Number of welding spots: 3-6 points (customizable);
Welding pressure: 3-8kN (pneumatic);
Applicable workpiece thickness: 0.9-1.2mm (carbon steel);
