Multi-Angle Flipping and Positioning

Driven by a motor-driven worm gear speed reducer, the basket realizes 0-360° continuous rotation and precise stopping at any angle, keeping the weld seam of the oil collecting pipe always in the optimal welding position (such as the flat welding position), reducing the labor intensity of manual posture adjustment.

Stable Clamping and Safety Protection

The basket is equipped with adjustable fixtures, which fix the radiator by rotating a handwheel, adapting to radiator lengths in the range of 500-4000mm.
